Joseph Del Grosso
Joseph Del Grosso is the owner and founder of Eastern Shore Window & Door and a Maryland Home Improvement Commission licensed contractor, MHIC #39357. He has spent nearly forty years in the window and door trade and has led our team on the Eastern Shore since founding the company in 1994. In that time he has personally guided thousands of Ocean City and Delmarva homeowners through the process of replacing their windows and doors, and he still treats every project with the same care he brought to his first.
A Baltimore Boy Adopted by the Shore
Joseph grew up in Baltimore City and, in his own words, was adopted by the people of the Eastern Shore. What started as a love for the beach became a life and a business rooted in the community. He built Eastern Shore Window & Door serving the people who live and vacation across Ocean City, Berlin, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Salisbury, and the surrounding Delmarva towns. He knows these homes because he has worked on them for decades, from year-round residences to coastal properties that have to stand up to salt air and storm season.
Why He Started the Company
Joseph founded Eastern Shore Window & Door with one goal: give people the same top-of-the-line products and professional installation the big brands offer, at a fairer price. He had spent years watching homeowners get talked into inflated quotes and builder-grade products that failed early. He believed there was a better way to do it, one built on buying factory-direct, cutting out the markups, and passing the savings on to the customer.
That philosophy comes straight from his own life. Raising four kids on a tight budget taught him how to find the best for less, and it is the same standard he holds for every customer today. He believes a homeowner should never have to choose between quality and affordability. His approach is low-pressure by design.
